Apparently, there’s a lot of cooking going on at the Tyler, Texas service center fundraiser.
Tyler employees recently participated in the South Tyler Rotary Clubs annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser, with Brad Hall and Brian Davenport wearing their “master chefs” hats.
The dinner raised approximately $25,000 for the club. Rotary International is heavily involved in providing fresh drinking water for the world, and is committed to eliminating polio off the face of the earth.
The local club supports many nonprofit organizations in the area, including an annual asthma camp for kids suffering from moderate to severe asthma.
Brad and Brian served 150 pounds of spaghetti noodles and over 200 pounds of spaghetti sauce to about 800 hungry people for the fundraiser. That is a lot of spaghetti sauce!
A tip for next year? Don’t wear white!
